Robert “Bob” Bowen, 72, Valley City, ND died at his home on April 3, 2018 while under the care of Hospice of the Red River Valley.
Lerud-Schuldt-Mathias Funeral home of Valley City is assisting Bob’s family with arrangements. They are pending at this time.
