Steven C. Klotzbach, 76, Valley City, ND passed away at Mercy Hospital in Valley City on September 15, 2024. A celebration of his life will be held at the New Life Assembly of God Church in Valley City at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 20. Visitation will be at the church beginning at 11:00 AM Friday. He will be laid to rest following military honors in Woodbine Cemetery, Valley City. The Lerud Mathias Funeral Home is assisting the Klotzbach family with arrangements.
