Walter Clement, 85, Valley City, ND, passed away November 10, 2024, at SMP Health-St. Raphael. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM, Thursday, November 14, 2024, at St. Catherine Catholic Church, Valley City. Visitation will an hour prior to the service.
